Returns & Refunds
F L A T I R O N offers easy 14 day returns from the delivery date of your order.
Items purchased with Afterpay, on sale, during a flash sale/promotional event or have used a discount promo code, are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Customers who have used our Welcome 10% Sign Up Offer can return for a refund, store credit or exchange.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your F L A T I R O N purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Full priced items are eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.
- Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are not eligible for a store credit or exchange.
- Orders placed with Afterpay are eligible for a store credit or exchange.
- Orders which have used a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome 10% Offer) are eligible for a store credit or exchange.
- Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned.
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order together with original proof of purchase.
- Item/s must be in perfect, original condition - unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Please be careful of make-up rubbing off on a garment when trying it on as we are unable to accept your return if there is makeup on it.
- Due to health restrictions, earrings, bodysuits and face masks are non-refundable/exchangeable.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
Store-credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. F L A T I R O N takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by F L A T I R O N.
To make a return, please email us with you order number. We will reply with next steps and return address details for you to send your item/s back.
We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to three business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive email notification when your return has been processed.
We are happy to offer an exchange if you would like to swap your item for a different size or another garment of equal value to your original purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability once we receive your return. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will be in touch via email or phone.
Store-credit notes are valid for three years from the date of issue. They are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please email our Customer Care team with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
If you would like to cancel or amend an order, please email us as soon as possible. Please note, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
