F L A T I R O N are happy to accept returns based on following conditions:


Online Purchases

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please return the item within 5 days of receiving your online purchase in exchange for another item, store credit.

The returned garment goes through a close inspection and must have tags still attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

In Store Purchases

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please return the item within 5 days of purchase.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, due to size or any fault in the product you may then do so if the item is in stock. If the item you require is no longer in stock we will happily issue a credit note.

Store Credits

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your name. The store credit will be valid for 6 months.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
